Weekend Recap/Photo dump:
So on Friday I met with some ladyfriends and we ate food and gabbed about girl stuff.
On Saturday we ate food at Bubs' folks house. It was delicious as usual and I learned this new game called Quiddler. It's pretty fun.
That evening we went to my (step)brother/sister in law's house for an intimate house show with Shannon Curtis. She was a lot of fun to listen to and was fun to chat with too! (Her sound is similar to Norah Jones and Sarah McLaughlin.)
I got this cute shirt that she made!
I came up with this fun combo for church on sunday. I think I'll wear it again for the wedding open house that I'll be working at this upcoming weekend.
Sunday was Little Miss' birthday! She's 15 going on 21. I made her change her clothes and put on her glasses so you all could see how much she looks like me.

I made her this. In case you couldn't tell, it has a hotdog with a birthday candle in it. It's an inside joke. Ha.
Bubs and I "bought" her this skirt from DownEast Basics. (Mother bought it and then gave it to me on the sly to wrap and give to her. Thank goodness for mothers that look out for their broke daughters/son-in-laws!)

My favorite movie of all time.
(This is more of a lifetime obsession.) I love watching it while I cook/bake. (Secret: this may be how I learned to mince veggies) Sometimes I find myself humming the songs out of the blue.

(This was from our Honeymoon) I was so excited to meet Princess Tiana I was lit-rally jumping up and down. I was easily the most excited out of every little kid there. It was the 2nd best day. Of. My . Life! (Next to our wedding day of course!)

Thankful Thursday: unexpected extra daylight hours, sunshine, a working radio, much needed rain, feeling like time in on my side, free food, hang time with Bubs, wonderful memories, opportunities to serve, my talents, the kindness of others, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
