Let's take a moment and have a little chat. You are important. I feel like sometimes I tend to feel like my worth is less than it is and play that comparison game. But I shouldn't! So I'm going to take a day and be happy in my own skin. I am going to be proud of who I am, what I stand for, and what I've accomplished! This past week...

 I got stuck in traffic on my way home from the mall. Boo. On the upside, I scored some amazing deals!

Family visited and we made pizza. It was so good!

My cousin, Riann, spent the night and we watched PLL and painted our nails. It was way fun!

We ate lots of yummy things: like berries. My berries!

We went to the temple becauses Sis-in-Law-Jenn received her endowments. So fun!

Then we went to dinner at our fave communal family Chinese place: Chang Bros!

 I broke another toothbrush. Good thing I have a whole stash of identical ones!

National Cheesecake Day was a great idea! (Still going on through today- 7/30/15!)

 I scored these supercute flats at the Macy's sale over the weekend! Originally priced at $89, 50% off on the clearance rack plus an additional 20% off= only paying $33! Woo! (Steve Madden is becoming my fave shoe brand!)

JC Penny's also had a BOGO men's dress shirt sale. Bonus: they have big & tall sizes too! I got Bubs two shirts that were originally $50 apiece, but with the BOGO and 15% off, I got both for $42 total!

Super silly week!

Have I told you how much I love Pretty Little Lurs? I am so obsessed! Aaaaaand I'm almost done with Season 5, which makes me sad because I don't know what I'm going to do with the rest of my life. That is all.



Weekly Recap: 

This past week...

We went on a spontaneous sushi date!

 We tried to see the Minions movie (opening night), but it was sold out until a super late showing. So we skipped it. 

I guess I don't know my own strength.

 I took Jen (bride to be/my sister in law) wedding shoe shopping. It was a process. She loved these, but the plastic was not comfortable, plus the lack of platform was not okay.

 These were way comfier, but looked too casual to go with her dress.

Little Miss and her friend, Emma, went to EFY in Santa Barbara. Jealous!

When Mother and I hang out, we always make dessert. Always.

 We made lemon poppyseed muffins (except I forgot to put in the poppyseeds...whoops). We made lemon jello cake too. All the lemon things!

My family has way too  much fun. Jeffrey laughed so hard that I had to laugh so hard that we both cried...and then he found the milk in the cabinet for no reason...
